The Cozy Farmstead

All the coziness of a cabin in the woods, situated on our family farm. Secluded among the trees, our above-garage apartment is open and light. You're certain to enjoy the back porch that overlooks the farm and creek! The apartment is completely separate from the rest of the house, with its own bathroom, kitchen, deck, and entrance through our garage. We encourage guests to relax and fully enjoy nature while visiting the Cozy Farmstead.

The apartment is an addition to the main part of the house where Four Daughters Farm members Greg and Rachel live. It has it's own full kitchen (stove, fridge, toaster oven, and microwave), small dining area, living room, deck, one bedroom, and one full bathroom. Our space is ideal for 2 guests.

The apartment was built 10 years ago and has been loved. Our house is secluded in the woods, but only 45 min from Knoxville, 20 min from Maryville, and 15 min from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. We are the perfect location for outdoor adventures. We are also about 35 to 45 min from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The scenery is breathtaking here, and we absolutely encourage guests to take full advantage of being close to nature while visiting. When you book with us, you are directly contributing to our dream of being a sustainable, working farm. Thank you! 

Our driveway is a half mile gravel road that is easily accessed by most cars (just not your sports car-types), and we do offer covered parking. Guests access the apartment through our garage. We use the garage for projects and storage- therefore, our garage is never tidy; however, guests always have easy access to the stairs. We love to share our home but work full time, so just ask if you need to use anything or have special requests!

We have 3 dogs that are very friendly but very high energy! When we are home, they run around outside on their own, so guests run into them frequently. They will jump and lick! They also love a good pat! We don't have cable, but we do have a DVD player- so if you're the type that winds down to TV in the evening, you may want to bring some movies. There is also an HDMI cord hooked up to the TV if you want to bring a laptop.

Escape to the secluded, private apartment right on the Four Daughters Farm. With separate entrance from our main home, the retreat is surrounded by a relaxing, wooded view. The retreat entrance is located up a set of stairs on a shaded screen porch. Guest are welcome to enjoy the stocked kitchenette complete with continental breakfast items. There is also a microwave and refrigerator for convenience. Premium cable and free WiFi provided. Queen bed downstairs, with two twin beds available in non-child-safe loft. On West Millers Cove Road near Blackberry Farm and Foothills Parkway. A short drive to Townsend entrance of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

We live onsite and are happy to provide information about the area. This is not recommended for small children. Loft is not child-safe.

You are welcome to enjoy the decks that surround the main house. This is a private apartment connected to a main house. Owners live on site in private quarters of home.

Kitchenette provides coffee, tea, juice, and continental breakfast items. There are a couple of restaurants nearby offering a terrific, affordable, hot breakfast.
